Last updated: August 12, 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to Weblovement. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, https://weblovement.com/, and establish the agreement for any digital website design, development, and animation services provided by us. By accessing our website or contracting our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
2. Services Offered
We provide professional website design, website development, custom animations, search engine optimization (SEO) setup, and conversion optimization solutions. Each service is custom-crafted to meet individual project scopes defined in separate design contracts or work agreements.
3. Website Development Process
Our process includes exploration, design, implementation, and launch stages. We develop websites using custom visual layouts and high-performance coding architectures to ensure high speed, responsiveness, and premium design presentation.
4. Client Responsibilities & Project Requirements
To ensure timely completion of projects, the client agrees to:
- Provide copy, media assets, branding guidelines, and feedback promptly.
- Ensure all assets provided do not infringe on third-party intellectual property.
- Respond to design and layout reviews within [Timeframe for reviews, e.g., 3-5 business days].
5. Payments, Invoices & Fees
Pricing is project-specific and defined clearly in our initial service proposals. Unless specified otherwise:
- A non-refundable deposit of [Deposit Percentage, e.g., 50%] is required before starting the project.
- Final payment is due upon project completion or prior to deployment and launching.
- Late payments may result in suspension of services or project delays.
6. Revisions & Scope Creep
Our proposals include a specified number of design and review revision rounds (typically [Number of rounds, e.g., 2 rounds]). Any additions, changes, or revisions outside the initial agreed scope of work will be billed separately at our standard hourly rate of [Hourly Rate, e.g., $100/hr].
7. Project Timelines & Client Approvals
Project timelines are estimated based on scope and current scheduling. While we make every effort to meet defined milestones, delay in client feedback, assets delivery, or approvals will automatically extend project delivery timelines.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon receipt of final payment in full, ownership and intellectual property of the final custom design and layout code is transferred to the client. We retain the right to showcase the completed project in our website design portfolio and promotional materials.
9. Third-Party Assets & Hosting Responsibilities
Any licensing fees for third-party assets, images, plugins, fonts, hosting plans, or domain services are the sole responsibility of the client. We configure and deploy sites to client-provided hosting systems but do not provide hosting servers directly.
10. SEO & Performance Disclaimers
We design and build websites using high-end performance structures, custom metadata, and technical SEO benchmarks to maximize crawling potential. However, we do **not** guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic increases, lead generation rates, or conversion revenues, as search algorithms are controlled entirely by third-party search engines.
11. Cancellation, Termination & Refund Policy
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches their responsibilities. In the event of project cancellation:
- The initial project deposit is non-refundable.
- The client will be invoiced for all work hours completed up to the date of cancellation.
- Refund requests are subject to review based on terms defined in the project contract.
12. Limitation of Liability & Warranties
We deliver our services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranties. In no event shall Weblovement be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business profits, data, or downtime) arising out of the use of or inability to use our website or services.
13. Third-Party Links
Our website may link to third-party services. We are not responsible for inspecting or evaluating the content or accuracy of these external sites and hold no liability for their products or terms.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
